Individual Dental Plans for New Mexico Residents

Delta Dental of New Mexico now offers an individual dental plan. The plan includes a built-in commission for brokers. With the individual plan, we are offering the same nationwide dentist network, dental benefits expertise, local presence, and fast and accurate claims processing that you have come to know from our group dental plans. DDNM is underwriting the individual plan, and enrollees will be able to access Delta Dental’s comprehensive dentist network.

New Mexico residents can enroll online at www.mysmilecoverage.com/nm, by calling (800) 971-4108, by filling out and mailing a paper enrollment form, or by visiting the Delta Dental of New Mexico office at 100 Sun Avenue NE, Suite 400, Albuquerque, NM 87109..
