James Dickey
Vice President of Business Development

James Dickey serves as the Vice President of Business Development at DDNM, leveraging multiple perspectives based on his career. After working in the health care industry in New Mexico for 12 years in both practice and hospital settings, James moved to the employer side working for a Fortune 500 company. After leading teams that shifted US benefit strategies, he oversaw global health and wellness operations, including a major manufacturing site in New Mexico. He is looking forward to leveraging his core strengths in strategy, innovation, and stakeholder management.  James grew up in Hobbs and then attended New Mexico State University where he earned both his Bachelors and Master of Business Administration. James most recently worked for a large brokerage and consulting firm helping clients with 3,000 – 50,000 employees in the western United States including accounts in New Mexico.

Keith Witt
Director of Sales and Account Management

Keith Witt serves as the Director of Sales & Account Management at DDNM.  For nearly 20 years, he has worked in a variety of roles in the health care industry including all employer sectors, size, and funding arrangements utilizing his experience in the industry on both the carrier and client side. Keith is a native New Mexican and grew up in Albuquerque. He attended Robert O. Anderson School of Business at the University of New Mexico and double majored in General Management and Entrepreneurial Studies. As a graduate of the Leadership ABQ class of 2009, Keith has a deep understanding of the issues that impact the economic growth and quality of life of New Mexicans. He is also a passionate leader who focuses on relationship management, mentoring, and the professional growth of his staff. 

Kai Udall
Director of Decision Support and Business Financial Intelligence

Kai serves as the Director of Decision Support and Business Financial Intelligence for Delta Dental of New Mexico. In this role, he leads a team dedicated to leveraging data-driven insights to guide strategic business decisions. Kai collaborates closely with senior management to identify trends, optimize performance, and drive sustainable growth, while ensuring data integrity and regulatory compliance. He also fosters a culture of innovation and excellence across the organization. Kai holds bachelor's degrees in economics and statistics from Utah State University and an MBA with an emphasis in Healthcare Management from the University of Arizona. His diverse experience spans technology and finance sectors, along with five years in managed care within the State of New Mexico.

Melissa Gonzalez
Sales Executive

Melissa is a driven and proactive sales professional with DDNM and has a strong history of success throughout her career in the insurance industry. She is committed to building trusted relationships with small and large organizations and brings the Delta Dental Difference to life in all of her partnerships.  With almost a decade of experience in small group account management and insurance sales, Melissa knows how to solve complex problems and works with her team to create innovative solutions.  She holds a BA in Languages from the University of New Mexico, an Accident and Health insurance license with the state of New Mexico and earned her Associate in Insurance Account Management from IIANM.

Lucy Rowell
Sales Executive

Lucy is an experienced, reliable, and results-oriented sales professional. She applies her diverse business knowledge and sales experience to ensuring her clients find the best products and solutions for their needs. Her career history includes working as a Certified Dental Assistant, as well as in provider relations with DDNM and in insurance sales with Farmer’s Insurance, all of which gives her important perspective in supporting Delta Dental’s clients, brokers, members, and providers. In her current position as a Sales Executive with DDNM, she uses her extensive skills and knowledge of products and services to produce positive and lasting impacts for clients across the state. She is a notary public and holds a Life and Health insurance license from the state of New Mexico. 

Lisa Whitney
Sales Executive

Lisa is an outstanding team member who has an exceptional attention to detail. Her clients consistently rave about her immaculate performance and she is known around New Mexico for her incredible skills in developing impactful relationships. With loads of experience and a winning attitude, she will always be the right one for the job. 

Dolores Pina
Sr. Account Manager

Dolores has been assisting large groups customize and implement the best dental insurance options for their employees with DDNM for almost 16 years.  With extensive experience across multiple customer service roles throughout her career, Dolores brings her optimism, dedication, and knowledge to every relationship she builds.  She is fluent in Spanish and serves as a bilingual representative for DDNM clients. She holds a Life, Accident and Health insurance license with the state of New Mexico and is a member of New Mexico Health Underwriters and the National Association of Health Underwriters.

Anthony Moya
Sr. Account Manager

Born in New Mexico and raised in Washington State, Anthony is an experienced, reliable, and results-oriented professional.  He has a well-rounded understanding of the many variables that create successful partnerships.  He looks forward to bringing his knowledge, optimism, and dedication to building strong, long-lasting relationships with supporting Delta Dental’s clients, brokers, members, and providers.  With over 22 years of experience in the insurance field, he has worked with both medical insurance carriers and brokage firms.  His strong account management and sales background allows him to evaluate problems from all angles to find the best solution.  He is a notary public and holds a Life, Accident and Health insurance license with the state of New Mexico.

Robbin Arellano
Account Manager

Robbin is a versatile and creative sales professional with a passion for helping people improve their smile and oral health, which makes her the perfect fit for helping DDNM’s clients navigate their insurance options for maximum results.  With over a decade of experience as a patient coordinator and insurance specialist in dental offices, Robbin is highly knowledgeable about the needs and challenges faced by both dental providers and patients.  Her strong customer service and sales background allow her to evaluate problems from all angles to find the best solution. Robbin earned a 5 Star Certification from the Scheduling Institute and has consistently exceeded customer service satisfaction goals in her other roles.  She holds a Life and Health insurance license from the state of New Mexico, is a registered notary, and is a member of Independent Insurance Agents of New Mexico (IIANM).

William Ernst
Account Manager

William is a passionate, intuitive young professional with a drive to succeed.  He started with Group Administration at DDNM, where his talent for building successful relationships with teammates and clients led him into Account Management.  William is a strong leader and communicator, heading the Hiring and Onboarding Values Team, and is training to become a certified PeoplePix Pro Coach.  He holds a license in Life and Health insurance from the state of New Mexico.

Manu Kantz
Account Manager

Manu is an enthusiastic and creative sales professional with an extensive history of customer service experience across multiple industries. Most recently working as an Account Manager with HUB Southwest, she has a well-rounded understanding of the many variables that create successful partnerships, and she looks forward to building strong, long-lasting relationships with her clients and customers. As an Account Manager with DDNM, Manu loves solving unique challenges and working to meet the diverse needs of DDNM’s clients and members. She holds a BA in Business Administration from Mackenzie University.
