Delta Dental of New Mexico’s Provider Relations Team is in the field, visiting offices and creating lasting partnerships. Our representatives strive to be available to you for timely support and issue resolution. Jessica has been in the Provider Relations sector for over 10 years. While in the sector, she has been involved with contracting, credentialing, building, and maintaining provider relationships across New Mexico. Earlier in her career, she worked with physical health, mental health, and long-term care providers for various healthcare insurance companies, so she is incredibly well versed in the health and insurance industry. As a local New Mexican, she also has a diverse knowledge of the State of New Mexico and its surrounding areas including local and rural communities. She stays motivated by consistently generating positive outcomes for the providers she works with.

Jeanine is a knowledgeable and passionate Provider Relations expert at DDNM. She holds a Dental Assistant Certificate from Pima Dental Institute and has over 20 years of experience working in dental and orthodontics offices. During her time with DDNM, she has held a range of positions in Customer Service, Group Administration, and Provider Relations. She volunteers her time at blood donation drives, and serves as a treasurer on her daughters Parent/Teacher Organization.

Lucy is an experienced, reliable, and results-oriented sales professional. She applies her diverse business knowledge and sales experience to ensuring her clients find the best products and solutions for their needs. Her career history includes working as a Certified Dental Assistant, as well as in provider relations with DDNM and in insurance sales with Farmer’s Insurance, all of which gives her important perspective in supporting Delta Dental’s clients, brokers, members, and providers. In her current position as a Sales Executive with DDNM, she uses her extensive skills and knowledge of products and services to produce positive and lasting impacts for clients across the state. She is a notary public and holds a Life and Health insurance license from the state of New Mexico.
